We are a multicultural, community-based newspaper created by The Sun Marketing Group, a company established in Columbus, Ohio in October 2010. Since then, the organization has developed a variety of editorial projects and has worked on marketing campaigns for well-known companies in the city, as well as numerous entrepreneurial initiatives.
The Sun Hilltop was founded by journalist Wilson Hernandez (Don H. Wilson), of Dominican origin, who brings more than 40 years of experience in journalism. He has studied Philosophy, Marketing, and Journalism at universities throughout Ibero-America and is the author of Crisis de Periodismo en América Latina (Essay) and Versos Apócrifos (Poetry).
The Sun Hilltop features both a digital edition and a print edition published every two weeks. It is a media outlet committed to the cultural, social, and economic development of West Columbus, operating from its multimedia platform in the Hilltop area.
